Delivery times

On this page, you'll find everything you need to know about Belsimpel's delivery times. Once you place an order, we'll keep you updated about the shipping status of your package. You can also check the status via your personal Order Status Page.



The delivery time of your order

The estimated delivery time is specified for every device on our website. For all products that are in stock, the following applies:

Voor 23.30 uur besteld en betaald = de volgende dag in huis. Zeven dagen per week!

(Order and pay before 23.30 = next-day delivery. Seven days a week!)

This not only applies to phones without a phone plan, but also to phones in combination with a (SIM Only) phone plan. Read more below about making sure that the device and phone plan are ready for next-day delivery.

In exceptional cases, the delivery time of a package may be extended. This can happen if there is a problem with the parcel service, or if the device is not available due to high demand. In this case, we'll keep you updated via email and via your order status page.

SIM Only's and accessories

SIM Only's and accessories that fit through the letterbox will be shipped via PostNL letterpost. It is not necessary to stay home for the delivery. Letterpost is delivered from Tuesday to Saturday. Letters that are sent after 18.00 will be picked up in the collection the next day. If you want to know when PostNL will deliver your package, check the PostNL website.

If you order a SIM Only by Simyo, Simyo will send you your SIM card and information instead of Belsimpel. This may take several business days.


Tips for fast delivery

We recommend paying via iDeal (Bancontact or Maestro for Belgian customers). These are free payment methods that let you make secure online bank transfers with a Dutch or Belgian bank account. With these methods, we'll receive your payment immediately. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, it may take 1 to 2 business days more before you receive your order.

If you order a phone plan, you'll need to sign the contract. The fastest way to do so is using No Fuss Contract. This method lets you sign the contract with an iDeal or text message verification. This is possible even if you don't choose to pay for the order via iDeal.

Alternatively, you can sign the contract on paper and upload it together with a copy of your proof of identity. If this is your preferred option, we can't guarantee next-day delivery.

  • Can your customer service team give me the most recent status update of my order?

    The current status of your order is always available on your order status page. This status will be updated in real time. Our customer service team has the same information available, which means that we are unable to tell you more than you can see on your order status page.

  • How can I change the delivery address of my order?

    If you've placed an order but made a mistake when filling in your address or prefer to have your order delivered to a different address, there's no need to worry. Changing the delivery address is simple. Please check your order status page to see whether your order has been shipped yet.

    Has your order not been shipped yet?
    If so, please contact our customer service. We can change the address in our system so the package will be delivered to the right address.

    Has your order been shipped?
    If so, we're unable to change the delivery address. Please use the Track & Trace-code that we've sent via email to change the address via PostNL. This is possible after the first delivery attempt.

  • What are the delivery times for the holidays?

    During and after public holidays, parcel services often handle different delivery times. Please take in account 1 to 2 extra delivery days during the holidays. Check our opening hours for the full overview of holidays.

  • I live in Belgium, what is the delivery time of my order?

    We strive for next-day delivery for our Belgian customers. However, delivery may take a day longer because of the distance. We are also dependent on Belgian parcel services.

  • What does the delivery time on the website mean?

    Every product page on our website specifies an estimated delivery status. Below, you'll find a brief description of the different statuses.


    24 uur / Op voorraad: 24 hours / In stock: The product is currently in stock.
    2-4 werkdagen: 2-4 business days: Our supplier has the product in stock and can deliver the product to Belsimpel within 2 to 4 business days.
    5-7 werkdagen: 5-7 business days: Our supplier has the product in stock and can deliver the product to Belsimpel within 5 to 7 business days.
    X aantal weken: X number of weeks: The product has a longer delivery time, but a new delivery is expected. The estimated delivery time may change as we are dependent on the supplier.
    Tijdelijk niet leverbaar: Currently out of stock: The product is not available at the moment. Our customer service doesn't know when this product will be available. We recommend choosing a different product.
    Niet meer leverbaar: No longer available: The product is not available at the moment. We don't expect to stock the product in the future again.
    Pre-order: The product is not available yet, but you can pre-order the product. You'll be one of the first to get your hands on the product. Check the description for the expected delivery date.
    Future: The product is not available yet; we expect to start the pre-order period soon. Enter your email address on the product page to receive a notification as soon as the product is available.
