How to order?

There are two ways to place an order with Belsimpel: via our website and with the Belsimpel app. On this page, you'll find a step-by-step guide that explains how to place an order. There are three simple steps: choose, order and receive. We'll make sure that everything is clear. That way, you'll know before, during and after placing an order what's going on!

  • How can I place an order?

    Step 1: Choose

    You can find what you're looking for in no time with our compare feature, whether you're looking for a phone with a phone plan, a SIM Only phone plan, or a phone without a phone plan. At Belsimpel, we also offer a great range of tablets and accessories. You can find our complete range of products on the website and in the app. We're sure you'll find something that suits your wishes!

    Step 2: Order

    You can use the green order button to place the product in the shopping cart. When you've chosen a phone plan, you can sign the contract right away with our No Fuss Contract. Ordering a new contract or phone via Belsimpel is easy as pie. We'll tell you exactly what we need from you.

    Step 3: Receive

    Your package will be shipped to you. You can find more information (in Dutch) on our shipping and delivery page, or in English on our Delivery times page. You'll receive your new device as soon as possible. We hope you'll enjoy your new product!

  • When will my order be delivered?

    Before placing your order, you can check the current delivery times on the page of the device or product. After placing your order, the delivery time stated on your Order Status Page applies. You can use the provided Track & Trace code to track your order more closely.

  • How can I pay?

    The easiest way to pay is via iDeal. This is a Dutch payment method that lets you make secure online bank transfers with a Dutch bank account. With iDeal, we'll be able to process your payment right away. Other possible payment methods are bank transfer and credit card. We also accept Bancontact and Maestro for Belgian customers. Please check our special payment page for a complete overview of payment methods and other relevant information!

  • Can I pick up my order?

    Of course! You can pick up your order at one of our seven Belsimpel stores or a PostNL pick-up point. We'll let you know when these pick-up locations are open. In any case, don't forget to bring a proof of identity. Also bring your order number when picking up your order at a Belsimpel store.

  • I want to insure my device, is this possible?

    Yes, that's possible! At Belsimpel, we offer Tulip Assist insurance. With this insurance, your device is insured for free for the first 3 months. On top of that, you are not tied to a one-year contract.   • What to do if my product is not in stock?

    In this case, the page of the product will state the expected delivery period that you should take into consideration. You can check the current delivery time on your Order Status Page. In any case, we'll keep you updated via e-mail!

  • What if my contract request is rejected?

    Sometimes, your contract request is rejected. In this case, we'll let you know right away. Depending on the situation, you'll be able to order a different phone plan. If this doesn't happen, we'll make sure that your order is cancelled. In this case, a refund will automatically be transferred to your bank account within 5 business days.

  • I've been placed under guardianship or make use of a debt restructuring scheme. Can I still place an order?

    If you're placed under guardianship or administration, we'll need some extra details alongside the signed contract. You can find more information (In English!) about this under the header Debt restructuring/Guardianship on this page.

  • I've received the phone but it doesn't work as expected.

    Have you changed your mind and would you like to exchange or return the phone? Or is the device broken on arrival? Please let us know via your Order Status Page.
