Payment at Belsimpel is easy and secure. You can use one of the following payment methods:

We recommend using iDeal. This is a Dutch payment method that lets you make secure online bank transfers with a Dutch bank account. It is the fastest payment method available and you will not be charged extra for an iDeal payment. Belgian customers can use Bancontact, credit card or bank transfer.

Immediately after your payment is processed, you'll receive an email to let you know that your payment has been received. With bank transfers, it may take 1 to 2 business days before the bank transfers the payment to our bank account. Once we receive your payment, we'll get to work to make sure that you get your hands on your order as soon as possible.

  • How does iDeal work?

    To use iDeal, you'll need access to internet banking with a Dutch bank account. Your bank will let you make an iDeal payment via a scanner, code or app. When placing your order, select “iDeal” as the payment method and select your bank. Then, follow the instructions of your bank.

  • Can I pay via bank transfer?

    Yes, you can! You can pay in advance with a bank transfer. You will not be charged for a bank transfer. However, please take in account that it may take 1 to 2 business days before the bank transfers the payment to our bank account. Once we receive and process your payment, we'll ship your order.

    To pay via bank transfer, select the payment method “Overboeking” (Bank Transfer) when placing your order. We'll then send you an email with instructions.

  • How can I pay via credit card?

    You can pay for your order with a Mastercard or Visa credit card on a special, secured page. You will not be charged transaction costs when making a payment with a credit card and your payment will be processed immediately.

    For security reasons, it is only possible to pay with a Dutch or Belgian credit card via a Dutch or Belgian internet connection. Payments are limited to €5000 per order. It is not possible to pay for a phone with a phone plan using a credit card.

    For credit card payments, we ask for account verifications of 1 cent at random. This will only take a few clicks. This way, we can make sure that no one is able to misuse your credit card details.

  • I live in Belgium, how can I pay for my order?

    Belgian customers can pay via Bancontact or Maestro. You will not be charged transaction costs and your payment will be processed immediately. It is also possible to pay via credit card or bank transfer.

    • Bancontact is a Belgian payment method that lets you make secure online bank transfers with a Belgian bank account. To pay via Bancontact, select the payment method “Bancontact” when placing your order. Select your bank and follow the instructions of your bank.
    • If you want to pay with Maestro, select “Maestro” when placing your order. Then enter the required details of your Maestro card.
  • How can I use a Fiscfree voucher code?

    Have you received a Fiscfree voucher code from your employer? You can use this voucher code when ordering a phone, a 4G tablet or accessories at Belsimpel! You can also use the voucher code when ordering a phone plan. The voucher can only be exchanged when ordering a product via our website.

    Please note: The residual value of your voucher can't be exchanged for money. Please select a device with accessories or a phone plan that equals or exceeds the value of the voucher.

    Order products without phone plans with a Fiscfree voucher code

    You can use the voucher to order an accessory or device without a phone plan. This is almost the same as placing a normal order!

    Order a phone plan with a Fiscfree vouchercode

    You can also use the voucher code to pay for a phone plan, SIM only or in combination with a device. The amount of the voucher will pay for the total costs of your phone plan, meaning it will cover the non-recurring costs and the monthly phone plan costs.

    Go to ‘Kostenoverzicht’ (Cost Overview) when viewing a phone plan page to check out the total costs of the phone plan. Select a phone plan of which the total costs equal or exceed the value of your voucher. The voucher code will first cover the non-recurring costs of your order. The residual value will be used to cover your monthly contract costs. This refund will be transferred to your bank account in one go after 30 days.

    How do I exchange a Fiscfree voucher code?
    1. Place products in your shopping cart using the green order button.
    2. In Step 1 of the shopping cart, click on ‘Ik heb een cadeaubon’ (I have a gift voucher) in the bottom-left corner.
    3. Enter the Fiscfree voucher code that you received from your employer.
    4. The value of the voucher will be settled with the order amount.
    5. You can now complete your order. We hope you'll enjoy your purchase!
    Does your voucher code not work?

    Did you receive the notification ‘Onbekende promotiecode’ (Unknown promotion code)? Please check the voucher code, as the field is case sensitive. Alternatively, the code may have been used for a previous order. If you cancelled a previous order with Belsimpel, your employer needs to reactivate the used voucher code. This is possible as soon as you receive a cancellation confirmation email from us.

    Use the voucher code in the store?

    You can only use Fiscfree voucher codes when placing orders on our website. If you prefer to visit a Belsimpel store, we'll help you to place an order on our website. In most cases, the product will be delivered the next day.

  • How long before my payment has been processed?

    Your payment will be processed immediately, unless you opt for bank transfer. In that case, it may take 1-2 business days before the bank transfers the payment to our bank account. As soon as we receive your payment, you'll receive a confirmation email. We'll get to work right away to ship your order as soon as possible.

  • How long before the purchase amount is refunded?

    If you cancel or exchange a product and the purchase amount is (partially) refunded, the refund will automatically be credited to the bank account used to make the payment within 5 business days.

  • Do I pay you the monthly phone plan costs?

    No, the monthly costs are paid to your provider. You only pay Belsimpel the costs associated with the order, like device or shipping costs.

    The exception is hollandsnieuwe. If you order a phone plan with hollandsnieuwe, Belsimpel will collect the invoice of the first month. From the second month, you'll pay the monthly costs to hollandsnieuwe.

  • How can I pay for monthly phone plan costs?

    The monthly phone plan costs are paid to your provider. This usually happens via direct debit collection. Depending on the provider, other payment methods may be available. You can find more information about possible payment methods for your phone plan costs on the website of the provider.

    Did you order a phone plan from hollandsnieuwe? In that case, Belsimpel will collect the invoice of the first month. From the second month on, you'll pay the monthly costs to hollandsnieuwe.

  • How can I pay in the store?

    In our stores, you can pay with debit or credit card. For security reasons, it is not possible to pay with cash.

  • How can I reclaim VAT because of export outside of the EU?

    In case of export outside the EU, you can reclaim VAT that you've paid in the Netherlands as a private customer. Conditions for this are that the invoice amount including VAT is at least € 50 and that the product is exported from the EU within 3 months after purchase. This is regulated by law.

    You can reclaim paid VAT as follows:

    1. Have the invoice stamped by customs.
    2. State the new foreign address with pen on the invoice. Also make sure that your bank account number is on the invoice.
    3. Send the invoice together with a copy of your passport to info@belsimpel.nl.

    We will settle the rest with customs authorities. If the application has been approved by customs, you will receive a refund of the VAT within 14 days.

  • Can I receive a 0% VAT invoice as a business customer from Belgium?

    Yes, as a business customer from Belgium, you can reclaim VAT paid in the Netherlands. You will receive a VAT-free invoice for this, which will contain amounts excluding VAT. You have two options to choose from:

    1. You place your order and pay the amount including VAT. Your order will be shipped immediately. Following the order, send an e-mail to info@belsimpel.nl with the order number of your order, the VAT number and the request for a 0% VAT invoice. This invoice will be sent to you within 5 business days, after which the amount paid will be refunded to your account within one week.
    2. You place your order but don't pay for it yet. Following the order, send an email to info@belsimpel.nl with the order number of your order, the VAT number and the request for a 0% VAT invoice. You will receive a 0% VAT invoice within 2 working days, together with a link to pay the due amount excluding VAT. As soon as the amount has been paid, we will ship your order.

    You can choose to either pay the VAT amount so you'll receive the order sooner or wait for the VAT-free invoice.
